Ramirez, since I’ve been viewing GC Editorials, I have not seen one original, creation come from your pen. If you couldn’t draw, you would be one of the “takers”!
For even a little accuracy in the condemnations, Ramirez should draw bin Laden being taken out by a SEAL with a 9 iron.
Back when I was a kid, they used to make light of Ike’s golf game, but it was his scores, not the fact he was constantly on the links, to relax.
Simple fact is that “W” took many more “vacation days” at the ranch, and started two wars, with no strategy on how to win, or even have a clue on what to do when the initial surge got to Baghdad and Saddam was captured. Oh, right, they removed all command and control factions from the Army and Police, saw the whole country’s infrastructure destroyed by looting as much as our “war” effort, and set up for groups like Al Qaeda, and now “ISIS” to come in and kick out a corrupt government run by Al Maliki. Yep, they had a brilliant strategy. (BTW, “W” quit playing golf on the courses, but still spent a lot of time on his putting green at Camp David.)
Especially appropriate on the eve of September 11. We DO remember that PDB that Bush didn’t read, and then went to ranch to cut some brush: “Bin Laden Determined to Strike in America.” We do remember that, don’t we, Michael Ramirez?
