In August 2010 I was able to visit Peace Park in Hiroshima. One memorable event was seeing a cat sleeping in all serenity on a concrete table inside of the Peace Dome (just a very yards from Ground Zero). My friend thought it insensitive of me to wear a windbreaker with a US flag on the sleeve.
