Reminds me of the old joke of the executive who got three envelopes numbered 1 2 and 3 from his predecessor who said, take them out in order when bad things happen, and use the advice inside. “1” was “blame the previous guy” “2” was “blame circumstances beyond anyone’s control” and “3” was ‘prepare three envelopes’ …. :)
