Not really. In sports law (and personal-injury law in general), there’s the “assumption of risk” defense, meaning that athletes know and accept the risk of injury by engaging in the sport. Even if Sally HAD been injured (which she hasn’t), Linus could argue that she knew and accepted the risk by agreeing to play with him. She’d lose.
