Hopefully they will end up slapping him in jail for a few years. The biggest thing wrong with our government is all the politicians who put themselves above what is good for the country.
I did like how Perry blamed the indictment on Obama. Who has literally nothing to do with the case. I also liked Borowitz’s satire where Perry accuses government of going farther than its traditional role of forcing women to have transvaginal ultrasounds.
Either the cartoonist has a very poor understanding of American law or he is more interested in bashing Republicans than in intellectual honestly. The Republican lawsuit against the President seeks to vindicate our Constitutional principle of Separation of Powers in the least disruptive manner possible. If it succeeds the President will not go to jail and will still be able to exercise his lawful executive authority. Also, it is based upon a meritorious argument, whereas legal scholars broadly condemn the charges against Governor Perry as a misuse of legal process for political ends.

Whatever it is, its OKAY if a Republican does it.
