It’s irresponsible to run a strip like this without identifying which are dummies and which are feebs.
Top middle looks more like Carol Channing to me…she always kind of creeped me out with that big fake toothy grin of hers. If there is a reference to be had by the title, it’s sailing right over my head.
According to Google, a feeb is either a feeble-minded person (what my granny would have called a “simp” as in “simpleton”) or an FBI agent.
