When kids are being noicy, it is indeed the case of “I’m napping as hard as I can”.

Thank you, Clayton! I’ve always thought that the term ‘power nap’ was a ridiculous one! Seems to defeat the whole purpose of napping, which is relaxing.

I believe there is some science to the ‘power nap.’ From my experience if I nap too long I wake up tired, but a short nap I wake up refreshed.
