I have a cousin who I saw do that once years ago when he was about 4 years old. Got so mad at something he first turned red and shook a little then I think he looked a little bluish before sinking to the ground. Evidently it wasn’t the first time he did that because my aunt didn’t seem too concerned, but it scared the snot out of me.
