This is what divorced dads do, it’s nice to see it being done within a family that’s stayed together. I didn’t have special outings with my dad til my parents divorced and he had visitation rights. At first he took both me and my much younger sister at the same time but we didn’t have the same interests and I didn’t want to do little kid things. So they changed it so he was taking her one week and me the next. That worked out a lot better.
