I can ignore the microwave reminder beeps for a long time if I’ve gotten busy, particularly if there’s no food in there, and it’s just the timer reminding me that it’s time to do something.
But what if, instead of the beeps, they had a voice getting progressively naggier?

I never talk to microwave when done go and get food. Microwave just lets know once by turning off.

I don’t want it to sit too long in there. Though allowing the heat to suffuse through it is a good idea for a minute or so.

I always turn the beep off on my microwave. I don’t need to be nagged by my appliances.
