After a lot of years, memories are no longer reliable. Some things you forget, and sometimes one memory gets blended in your brain with another, so that the end result is something that never happened, even though you think you remember it. So two people of that age not having the same memory about an event long ago? Not at all unusual.
Grandpa my not remember those times, but as childrenwe’ll always remember our nightmares. I did especiallygrowing up. So does Ruthie in today’s strip at Creators.com.
