    I posted this a few days before on another ’toon, but it was only seen for a day. But it is still how I view this dilemma.

    “The Second Amendment is not the problem. Differing interpetations of the Second Amendment are part of the problem.The NRA and the firearms manufacturers are part of the problem. Our obsession for entertainment, (TV, movies & video games) which includes fires, explosions, settling scores by shooting are a larger part of the problem. Our dwindling sense of society, increasing fears and alienation are the greatest part of the problem.”

    Please just cite any source that actually verifies even 2,000, or 200 actual cases where civilian law abiding gun owners used a gun in actual “defense”. Hmm, I guess you could start with the guy who defended himself from some thrown popcorn in a crowded movie theater. That 2 million a year is just another NRA bone to toss out.
