Since when does Ziggy make enough money to afford a house with a homeowner association?

Never, never again.

Pity they dont have something better to waste their time on!

I don’t have a homeowners association here, so no one to tell me I can’t put up my Ham Radio antennas!

While some rules make sense, others don’t. A lot of them are totally ridiculous and insane. I avoid gated communities like the plague.

We have a HOA and it can be a PITA at times…
