    Last night I diced up farmers market tomatoes, yellow squash, and sweet onions (my heirloom tomatoes have just started blooming). Sautéed the mix in a little olive oil, then let stew for about 30 minutes. Seasoned with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Dee-lish!
