Chuck Hagel this morning summed up the REAL problem, in all agencies. The HOUSE and Senate, have turned to micro-management of agencies with stupid legislation, than letting the Executive Branch (as designated by the Constitution) set those regulations, and run the activities of all agencies.

In Defense as identified by Hagel, but in ALL agencies, it is the HOUSE budget that sets priorities for spending, and 99% of those priorities are set by corporate (Lockheed Martin, Monsanto, Exxon Mobil, and yes, Koch) demands , not the people.

It is in all those little bill riders and earmarks where the real damage is most often done, and hidden from the public, with trillions, yes trillions, being dumped into their funnel, while the public and individual taxpayer, get that trickle down pipette supplying them.

Stupid cartoon. It would be foolish to punish the guilty and correct the problems before investigating them and finding out what should be done.

How about pee brains?

Two major problems: 1) they are underbudgeted; 2) they have to care for non-combat related injuries and illnesses.
