It must be one of those Total breakfast cereals. When you open the bag you can smell the vitamins, just like when you open a Centrum bottle. It’s disgusting. Nobody should buy that stuff unless it’s prescribed to them personally.
I was told by a Dr. after a certain test to eat fiber so I tried different types until one that works. For me oatmeal flavored is one type that is good.
