I was a dairy manager for some years at a store, yes, skim sales are way down. 2% sells most. Whole and 1% kinda go back and forth depending on time of year and stuff, and skim is definitely in last place. The % is milk fat percentage. Whole milk is actually 4%.
I agree with Miba dairy manager. I worked on a milk farm. milking cows by hand and later with the machines. Milk from the cow is full of cream and fat. It goes through many processes to separate everything after coming from the cow and milking machine. But I loved the cartoon.
