Thank you. Perhaps if one in twenty-five people on Death Row weren’t wrongly convicted, I’d care less if heinous murderers suffered while they died. It’s the lack of an “Oops!” switch that bothers me about capital punishment. Can’t be undone.http://www.scientificamerican.com/article/many-prisoners-on-death-row-are-wrongfully-convicted/http://www.nature.com/news/death-penalty-analysis-reveals-extent-of-wrongful-convictions-1.15114
You’ve made the case several times about a 95% conviction rate and have yet to prove it..Not that it matters. They hold incredible power over society and the system is over flowing with lawyers. Prosecutors being replaced may be a good thing. It be bad thing if they because complacent.
It’s amazing to see conservatives boasting how precise and accurate the government is in this one, single instance. “Every single person on death row is guilty.” They’re so cute when they’re naïve.

What else can be done?Fortunately I’ve never had a loved one murdered by a vicious killer, but I think the victims family should have a say in what happens to the convicted killer. Most times the judge will take into account the wishes of the family, whether it be life in prison or death.Who are you ARod to tell victims families what’s appropriate under the law?

Would it be better if he was buried alive like his victim?
