Free range also means that the animal has only bad day in his or her’s simple life.

May I suggest that you watch,‘Your Inner Fish.’ @ 10pm on PBS tonight. A very interesting story about a fish fossil that may be the missing link to all that crawls and walks on earth today.

??? I understand your comment about ‘pecking’ order. But that has nothing to do with my comment about Battery and Free Range. Which are methods of farming chickens.

110 AC or about 100 watts. Bright chicks. .. lol.Battery chickens are those in the comic. They live their entire lives in the cage. Though this comic is just a wee bit wrong. There are usually 3-6 chickens in each cage. Though how they feed is beyond me. .swr is right about mean/nasty – chickens living in battery cages are crazy mean..Free Run chickens – live indoors, and are required to have 4 sq feet (or 1 sq metre) of scratching space. .Free Range chickens get to be outside for a minimum four (4) hours per day. Otherwise they live like the Free Run. .Feed, antibiotics, hormones, etc is a whole different ball of wax. That is dependent upon your country’s agriculture requirements. .

Your ignorance of the topic you criticise makes you an embarrassment of my native state.
