May I suggest that you watch,‘Your Inner Fish.’ @ 10pm on PBS tonight. A very interesting story about a fish fossil that may be the missing link to all that crawls and walks on earth today.

There are usually 3-6 chickens in each cage. Though how they feed is beyond me. .swr is right about mean/nasty – chickens living in battery cages are crazy mean..Free Run chickens – live indoors, and are required to have 4 sq feet (or 1 sq metre) of scratching space. .Free Range chickens get to be outside for a minimum four (4) hours per day. Otherwise they live like the Free Run. .Feed,antibiotics, hormones, etc is a whole different ball of wax. That is dependent upon your country’s agriculture requirements. .

ohhhh, dinner! But those are battery chickens. Much rather have Free Range. They at least get treated better.
