Most folks who are out of work would love to have a good job. Not a job that pays so little that you have to have 2 or 3 full time jobs to keep bills paid. This guy does not reflect reality.
@Wabbit: “This guy does not reflect reality.” @this comic’s description: “Clyde Finster, an intelligent, entertaining (and possibly crazy) street person.”It is a sad reality that a substantial proportion of homeless people do suffer from some kind of mental illness, but there are not adequate mental health services in most cities and those who are not a danger to others are unlikely to be “committed” by any authority. Such people often cannot accurately perceive reality, nor react rationally to it.

Not your reality, perhaps, but not everyone is the same.

It’s very rude to sit in this position with one’s feet toward the person he’s talking to.

I am retired and I really miss my paydays. I wish I was able to go back to work.

As liberal as the Weingartens are, they will assert that some poor people simply choose not to work.

“simplif-ication”? I see somebody else skipped something as a kid.
