Good news. My EMG shows no active nerve damage, so nothing is pressing on the nerve. Whatever residual pain or weakness I have should get better in time. It looks like my disc has slid back in place, but I have to be careful. I spent the day outside walking and window shopping with a friend. No ski poles!
