There is, or was, a billboard outside Globe, Arizona for a restaurant featuring “American/Chinese/Italian cuisine”. I decided that would have to be chicken-fried won ton parmegiano.
There is a Teryaki place I go to at times who’s cook is Mexican and a pizza place downtown called Mario’s owned and operated by Asians and both places have good food. God bless America

Once ate in a converted gas station in Bellvue, Illinois, called Casa Yo’ Mama Mexican BBQ. It was great.
