The point of the cartoon is that Obama and his administration have been doing everything possible to get people(wanting mostly young) to sign up for ACA. Obama even went on some online talk shows. The Right claims it is undignified while it is proving effective.After watching Lincoln I think that a President making a fool of himself to achieve what he considers a worthwhile goal is very Presidential.
Why can’t we just go back to the system where poor people just did everyone a favor and either went to the ER for their general practitioner or just died? It was so much easier when you could go bankrupt if you had a heart attack. SARC
