A bunk bed serviced by two elevators rather than a ladder or ladders, and the brat wanting the top bunk turned down as well as the lower… Creative twist. Personally, I like that his elevator looks like a pneumatic tube. Many of my favorite strips in Monty involve these two characters.
He sleeps on the bottom but gets dressed to inspect the top. Maria is not permitted to use his elevator but use the service elevator which is down for maintenance. No doubt the maintenance staff considers it low priority.
How do you get all this top bunk, inspection, clothes from this strip? I see the bottom bunk with his teddy and it’s still made up. Nowhere in the dialogue is there any mention of him sleeping on the top bunk.

The personal elevator to the upper-level bunk is a nice Rich Boy’s touch; but why would Sedgy want to sleep in an upper bunk anyway?
