Yum! Ordinarily ice cream does not appeal, but I made some last night for our dinner Saturday: Heavy cream, Greek yogurt, 3 egg yolks, sweetened with a little baking stevia and chopped fresh strawberries. I ate all that I could not easily scrape into container last night (mixing arm and what was hard frozen on machine container) last night. That will be the perfect finish to my belated celebratory dinner.
