They don’t want it to turn into Rugby with pads, you gotta huddle, plan, take a breath.
Why isn’t there also a pause between “be” and “tween”? These old farts can’t absorb polysyllabic words, either.
I’ve loved watching the Oregon Ducks when they were doing the hurry-up offence so well. Defenses unused to it were totally flummoxed.
