It would be funny if it was not the most truthful thing I have seen done.Had a federal attorney tell me that in a big drug trial. He said he was going to wing it. He lost it.Now he is a higher paid defense lawyer who has a record of winning cases for defendants when in fact he was losing the case for us.Its an attorney thing.

Murphy’s law: Anything that can go wrong will go wrong. Therefore it happened to his lawyer.
