    Thank you for holding. You will now be connected to a representative who will not be able to assist you, and will transfer you to another number, where you will wait another ten minutes, then be connected to another representative who will not be able, etc, etc…

    Has anyone done a study on how much time a person loses loading programs onto a computer, waiting for updates, waiting for assistance, etc. ? I’m sure the number would scare us.
