I had to magnify to 300% to read that last panel. Fortunately, American history wasn’t left up to Mel, so we’re not all British and I’m pretty sure they didn’t have Tylenol back then.
In spite of the small print, the strip is rather nicely colored. The color on most of the other Sunday strips all seem washed out by comparison.

Are they the only two doing this reenactment? Anyways, Mel, they did have liquor then – it’s quicker.
