A few days ago, when they were eating snowflakes and imagining they had different tastes, chefwen said that they must never have been in Wisconsin because all of the snowflakes taste like bratwurst here. Chefwen, do you live in Wisconsin? I do. Of course, here, we don’t call them bratwurst – we shorten it to simply brats (no, not like little BRAT kids – it’s pronounced differently – same as if you say bratwurst and leave out the “wurst”)
