Funny that you mentioned that Eldo, I’m making Rack of Lamb for my neighbors tomorrow night and I was lamenting that I didn’t have those cute little footie thingies to put on the ends of the bones, don’t even know that I can get them here. Pickings are pretty slim on this here rock. Lucky I could even find rack of lamb, thank you Costco!.
