When looking at the first panel, I thought it was a meat grinder!.Of course, meat grinder or pasta machine… what’s the difference? It’s still “biological goo”!
Cool! So we have so much junk in space that we can see it from the earth? Fergus has a point!Chris Hadfield mentioned that now when he sees that, he imagines his time in space. We have done a lot of good up there…but talk about a gas guzzler! ;-)
The comments about “junk in space” seem so prophetic considering there was a PBS program on last night about the Hubbell Space Telescope and the efforts to give it “glasses” after it was discovered it had poor “eyesight”..What is dismal is given the US has cancelled any further shuttle ventures, the Hubbell will become nothing more than space junk in about ten years before it’s destroyed in our atmosphere…
Good afternoon my friends.________@StelBel: funny walrus. LOL.________@neverenoughgold: I saw that program also. ________@Eldo: good Humpty Dumpty. ________Be happy and healthy everyone.
Since I live in a city, I am lucky to see only the biggest stars Eldo. But there are points north of here where the viewing is great. I used to have friends who went driving around with their telescopes. They had their PhD in all things outer space.
@Shikamoo: occasionally the International Space Staion is visible. However, there is too much light pollution where I live to see the ISS and most stars. Usually, I can only see the brightest stars. One night last year we had a power outage. More stars were visible. The power was back own by the following morning. Be well my friend.
Fergus will eat whatever comes out of that machine, make no mistake about that.
Good evening and good night Fellow Baby, cleo, AND OUR MISSING SUGIE and all ye’ gathered here discussing “Space, the Final Frontier, where no man has gone before”!
