Shika, I’ve seen that movie a few times, but I don’t recall Cagney/Cody Jarrett ever saying pork chops & apple sauce. I’ll have to look out for that the next time I watch White Heat.But I do remember Cody likes strawberries.

When Alice said “pork chops & apple sauce” on The Brady Bunch, I thought she was trying to imitate Bogie.

Bazooka.all problems can be solved with a bazooka.just point n’ click the trigger. boom! no more tree; no more kitty_of COURSE that doesn’t make any sense….I just like to use the word ‘bazooka’ in a sentence_dang, I gotta stop mixing medications

I wish I had seen this a couple of weeks ago, but last night I saw an episode of Mary Tyler Moore where Lou Grant has his trip to Vegas cancelled because a snow storm closed the airport. This is what he had to say about it.

I hate snow! I don’t like its color, I don’t like its shape, I don’t like its temperature! I don’t like how it feels or what it does! I don’t like it in snow balls or on hills! I don’t like anything about it! It’s a soft, wet, white, mushy, melting, freezing mess! I hate snow as much as I hate anything in the entire world!

Then Ted walked in. Guess what he thought about snow.

At the shelter I volunteer at we have a seventeen pound cat up for adoption.And it’s not fat. It’s BIG.I suspect that she could do some damage.

Boys Town is on now on TCM. Of course, that one’s in my own collection.

Time for me to turn out the lights. The party’s over ’til next weekend.
