He couldn’t pass an opportunity to stick it to Gil.Since other teams know, seems they would want to provoke Wynn as early and often as possible.What does it take to get ejected?Whatever Wendy “did” happened before she was a student at Milford. In all reality , Gil suffered another serious concussion when he wrestled Pop this summer. Gil wasn t able to help Big John nor will he be able to help Wynn.
I get the shadow effect on the three players, but how is it that we’re able to see the white parts of the uniform? Rod’s drawings have so many flaws, it’s almost too easy to take shots at him.

I see that Gil is more concerned about the playdowns then discipling Wynn. The old Gil would have had a “one on one” with the young lad. Wynn is his ticket (and Wendy will certainly bring in the crowd). It might not bring in the “wrestling” money that we saw in the summer, but perhaps enough to keep the superintendent off of his back.
So what is that guy doing in panel two, the Harlem Shake?Why didn’t Whigham draw the Wynn (I presume it’s Wynn, I could be another player, or Gil, or Marty Moon, or an elf). This strip neither shows nor tells.
In all reality, never thought Northwestern would have its football players petition tne NLRB for union certification. Will union schools play against scabs ?
