My ex-fiancé used to get on the moody side in the winter. The only time she was not was just before and after vacation to Mexico. Having watched at first hand, I understand.

So has Katy reached Lucy levels of crabbiness yet? Seems like she’s awfully close to me…

I’m with Katy.

I was working in downtown San Francisco and would get sun in the afternoons. Hubby worked at home in the fog belt and would complain about no sun. I’d suggest he hop on the streetcar and come out to where it was sunny. He never did.

I’m fine with natural sunlight, which is why it’s all a little weird, I’ll admit. In theory, full-waves shouldn’t bug me at all, but they do. The light they produce just feels…sterile to me. Like I can tell it’s artificial sunlight and not the real thing.Maybe the full-waves aren’t emulating sunlight as perfectly as people seem to think, and some people (like me) can just tell the difference.Dunno, it’s one of those things that’ll probably take more science and investigation to solve than I’m capable of providing on my own.
