Standard equipment to all U2 pilots back in the day.The Soviets put it on display as some new fangled special agent stuff.I tried one of those once. The corkscrew broke off. The blade bend, the flathead screwdriver twisted off, the scissors broke, leaving only the saw blade and the bottle/can opener. Hey but that’s all I needed anyway.Something to saw things and something to open cans of food and beer.

Notsoastute: The corkscrew is only on the officers’ version. Something like there not being a view for the enlisted men (see Bill Mauldin).
