Terrible tragedy I wish had not happened. To me, it appears that the tragedy has helped throw the baby out with the bath water. After that failure, and one over Texas they have closed down the whole program. Imagine what our world would be like if after the first fatal automobile collision laws were created to prevent automobiles. Sort of like trying to shut down Social Security, PPACA, or anything that helps poor, sick or oppressed Americans.
