Hmm. I wonder where this nostalgia trip is heading? I suspect not to seek out John Carter of Mars, so perhaps the even stranger world of professional wrestling?
Is Tarzan going into the home re-modeling business with the Mangler? I really dislike these stories that take him out of the jungle and into someone’e home for a backyard barbecue! :)> ZZZzzzzzzzzAGowa!!
Talk about “pervs”! This Mangler character is giving “Tarz” the look in the last panel. Good thing Tarzan changed out of that insane metro-sexual getup he was wearing last week. You know, the one with the Daisy Duke cut-offs, tank-top, and Espadrilles! :)>Tarzan’sGoneRainbowAGowa~!!
I don’t know whether this McCoy is on the up and up, but all I had to hear was ‘Mangler’ and I immediately thought of one of the most vicious and terrifying villains from Rip Kirby, and perhaps in all comics. Not that I’m anywhere near to being acquainted with ‘all,’ but The Mangler from RK is one of the scariest fictional bad guys by any standard.

This could be interesting if he’s referring to John Carter of Mars. After all Burroughs is the creator of both characters.

I bet she is going to lose the farm so Tarzan and Mangler jump in the ring as a tag team and win the money to save it.

Is Mangler going to try to wrassling with Tarzan to see who’s tougher? That kid in the red sweater has some hero worship going on.

Does anyone else realize that the great uncle in panel 2 is John Carter of Mars, Burroughs’ first great creation? Is a crossover in the works?

Mangler may be crooked, & will conveniently reveal himself during this adventure.
