How stupid does it take to not recognize “at home” or “in private”? Oregon’s medical has the same restriction, not hard to figure unless your whacked out on right-wing cracked nuts.

Actually, restaurant and bar owners should decide if smoking is allowed in their businesses. If you don’t want to be exposed, go to the restaurant down the street to the other “non-smoking” restaurant.

Denis: just had another “bad reaction” to a prescription pain med (several conditions) and am filling out paperwork for medical marijuana, that I can grow in my basement shop. (Hmm 3,600 sq ft house, 3.5 acres, not exactly homeless and won’t be when I pay less for “meds”!)
