Oh sure, blame the poor chocolate. Three scoops of ice cream, strawberry and carmel sauce, whipped cream and nuts have absolutely no calories whatsoever.

The chocolate sauce is probably the most nutritious thing about it, save the banana. Sheeeeesh. What’s sad is that I’ve met women who employ similar reasoning, and then wonder why they’re still so sloppy fat. These are the same folks who say that broken cookies have no calories because they all leaked out. Gah!

Some people consider the filling in cookies as a serving of fruit .

“I had salad for lunch.” Potato salad, macaroni salad, tuna and noodle salad.

So nice to see the gals getting health conscious. Too bad they had their information so poorly understood.

My X mother-in-law tried a little like that too. She tried dieting by eating nothing but fruit (canned peaches and pears in heavy syrup) and could not understand why she lost no weight.

I like banana splits May go get one today. I am happy to hear that it’s the chocolate that’s fatting.. I don’t like the whipped cream or cherry. Can I have the chocolate instead?

Wow! That’s the best news I’ve had in a while. I don’t like chocolate.
