When I watch L&O, what is up with that “chung chung” between scenes describing where and when it takes place?

If this is the same one I’m thinking of, I don’t remember it ever doing that twice in a row.

Very identifiable sound. I never watched when it was on originally but I watch it now. It is practically on 24/7 on one channel or another.

I guess today’s strip would make more sense if someone had actually seen “Law and Order”. I am of the right age though so I do get the song references when baby sings at night.

Hope the reward was worth the consequence! Another Thatababy life lesson!
