Gladys: I don't believe you have. Brutus: He was very competitive with me and he always came out on top! Brutus: If I got a "B" in class, he got an "A+". When I got a pet goldfish, he got a golden retriever. Brutus: I made the football team as the second-string center, he became the star quarterback. Whatever I did, he did one better! Brutus: I have a confession to make - that's why I made a point to never mention my interest in you to Tyrone! Gladys: Thanks a bunch!

Bad move Brutus. He should have said he mentioned her often, and try as he might, Tyrone learned the hard way Brutus got the best.
