Letting others handle the problem was probably the plan from the beginning, which it should have been if it wasn’t. All the saber rattling worked to keep the Republicans, his own party, and the European community.

Any war we’re not involved in, is not a good war, but it’s sure better than the ones we keep getting into.

Lately though ypoons Obama’s expression has mostly been a frown that most reminds one of a pouting six year old.

It was a stimulus project…. It used union labor paid twice the normal rate, $600 hammers and cost over one hundred times what it should have.

Obama’s detractors seem to be very annoyed that he is always one step ahead of their shallow foreign policy outlook.

I recommend a book called, “The Brothers: John Foster Dulles, Allen Dulles, and their Secret World War.”It is an eloquent story of what happens when Ends Justify Means in American foreign policy.Respectfully,C.

“Cowards like Obama will always find a way out!”~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~When one doesn’t have a leg to stand on, he invariably resorts to insults. That said, it is crude to insult the President of the United States of America (who was elected into office by a majority of the people.) Please be a bit more civilized and at least respect the office.

I’m starting to believe that most of the people who read Mile Luckovich do so only for an excuse to make their demeaning, insulting, hateful comments.

I have a sign at my front door. It says, “Peace and Tranquility, Welcome. Negativity, get the hell out.”

Gosh, and we could have had such a nice war in Syria. And not just your usual war, this one could have had chemical weapons, too. Just to make it more interesting for those watching at home.

I agree, both parties voted for the Iraqi War. However, neither Congress nor the American people were allowed to have enough actual facts to form a reasonable opinion by the GW Bush administration. Heck, if you even raised any kind of objections (such as the French did) you were called unpatriotic or cowardly (or even both). Unfortunately the patriotic “Hero” types were wrong. Dead wrong, to over 4,000 of our young people, and their families.

On top of that it has since become very apparent that the administration at that time had absolutely no idea of just what we were getting into. When it comes to the religious fanaticism of the Middle East, perhaps the best policy is to “do nothing”, and stay out of such quagmires!!

Michael wme: I’m sure you’re also aware that most of the “mercenaries” and terrorists in the Zionist factions that got the modern state of Israel created were also from RUSSIA, or Communist Eastern Europe. They brought with them very “communist” ideals and policies as well, like state owned corporations, and kibbutz. Israel only recently started to “privatize” industries.

Yes, he did. But at the time he was supposedly our secular buddy in the Middle East. And we actually supplied the gas he used on the Kurds, whom (for right or wrong) he did not consider a part of his country. As witnessed by Dick Cheney smilingly sitting there right next to him. But at the time we attacked Iraq he had either gotten rid of an such WMD’s that he had, and had absolutely no chance of any nuclear weapons, and was not a part of 9/11 at all. In fact, it was proven by then that of the actual 18 attackers in those commercial planes, some 15 of them were Saudi Arabian citizens, who were sponsored by a Saudi Arabian Princess. So, if we were really going to attack anyone for 9/11, it should have been Saudi Arabia, and not Iraq. But can you see the oil companies going along with that? If you can, then I have an entire country for sale for you!!
