About 8 months ago, I came off a 2-year deal from Comcast, after which my Cable+Internet monthly cost jumped up by $60. Now, when they call every few weeks with some great deal or other, I tell them I am not interested, because I know after a year or so of this great deal, wham!
I was able to get rid of my cable TV, I just have rabbit ears, but thats ok. Now I want to find a cheaper internet and get rid of my land-line. The trouble is I don’t understand my cell phone after 2 years. But I bet I could learn if I had to.Anyone got any suggestions?

We called Fios and threatened to switch to Comcast and they came up with ways to give us the same deal offered by Comcast. But, no freebies.
