I’m glad to see that some people are becoming aware that touching a stranger (or their clothing) should require permission. I wore my fur coat today (chilly out) and the ladies in my dentist’s office asked to touch it (it IS lovely and soft- fitch and fox) so I generally give permission. So glad to have received a very generous bonus in 1997 allowed me to pay my dad for a car loan and buy the coat on sale.
