good morning and happy thursday locos. Today is the last day of Hanukkah. Also St Nicholas’ Eve in Netherlands and The King’s Birthday and Father’s Day in Thailand (2 holidays they are celebrating)
I’m still not happy about how this site is treating Dry I hate to think how they treat other people. Shika a few days ago you asked if other sites have comments, and there are a few that I go to that do. Not sure their rules, but I’ll start posting them if Dry isn’t back by the end of the week (tomorrow).I really don’t think this site cares about it’s viewers. At $11 a year, we probably don’t pay the bills. But we could follow the protests of what people do when they don’t like a show that’s on tv – start to write to the advertisers and explain we won’t buy their products if they keep supporting. I would hate to have to start that, but I’ve seen it work on tv. Just my thoughts from last night – though it’s easy to take a stand when there really isn’t anything to lose, but you have to start somewhere.
From DryBuenos Dias, Locos! Boy, I miss you guys! But I can “channel” through others, thank goodness. The powers better be careful. They have made Akenta mad now! She can put the FHIG to shame! :-DWe’ve gone from a forecast of heavy snow to heavy rain, and now steady rain and a temp of 60. Of course, the snow is supposed to come Sunday with highs only in the 20’s. Gotta love winter, not! But I can hibernate Monday and Tuesday, yeah JFreeDry!. ;-)
It’s so good to hear from Dry that I won’t even giver her grief about getting time off. I’m with Akenta on this. We need answers or we need to take serious action!
Here’s a laugh for all you Dry supporters. I just sent an email to GoComics and they had a note that said someone will contact me soon. Pardon me if I don’t hold my breath. BTW, it was not a particularly kind email. And if the kick me off I will only come back under a new email address. BOOOOYA & BAZINGA!!!!
I used to send emails to GoComics all the time when their ads used to try and hijack my computer. I gave them all the details to help them stop. Had to be over 3 years ago. They said they would get back with me soon too. I’m still waiting. I did look into them a little more – forgot they were a part of UClick. They probably are too big to care what happens to this website.
