Some folks didn’t get the gag because they couldn’t tell if that was a doctor or some business guy. Maybe should have pictured scrubs with a stethoscope hanging out of a pocket. Folks couldn’t really tell if that were a suit or a lab coat.
That could be a counter top and not an examination table.
