It’s about time the suburb’s elected elite took some notice of the problems around Oak and Elm! But putting up a secondhand Threat Alert sign (HS doesn’t use colors anymore) isn’t going to do much good. Leopold is always hungry! They need to erect a Cannibal Corner, no questions asked, restaurant in that red zone!
