I wonder what would have happened had the ACA been written in bipartisan fashion with input from experts in the fields related to healthcare and from hospitals that are using best practices to great advantage. I wonder if the ACA had been funded and given the manpower needed if these problems would have been present at roll out. What a dumb cartoon. If you had insurance, guess what! You’ve still got it, and prices are going up at their lowest rate in 50 years. And if you didn’t have health insurance, guess what! Now you can afford to buy it, and there’s an open marketplace that isn’t stacked against you. Why would any person think this huge benefit would cause irritability and loss of sleep?

However, even if he is from Sicily, the actions being taken, or rather, not taken, by the Congress is effecting economies world wide The head of the International Monetary Fund is very concerned about the USA failing to raise its debt ceiling. She said a few weeks ago that had the USA Congress not legislated crisis to crisis, the world economy would be at least 4% higher than it is.
