Poor Oscar, you missed that the poor had access to health care before this obamination came along. Everyone dies, and yes freedom is preferable. This garbage puts shackles on the whole country.

As someone who is “poor”?[]It’s going to cost me between 50% to 80% of my annual paycheck just to pay the premiums. []That’s right: I’ll be in even worse financial trouble than before.

More like Apple to a lemon. At least with used cars there is a lemon law. With Obamacare you are even prohibited from making lemonade….

The legal case at hand ends when the Supreme Court pounds the gavel, not the debate. Or are you saying that the Dred Scott Decision should have never been overturned? Also, it is mighty selective of you to ignore that the President and the Senate have had a chance to keep the government open. All they had to do was to give individuals the same one year delay that the President gave to businesses. Just goes to show that when Democrats talk about being for the individual and against the evil corporations it is nothing but B.S. to get votes.

@MStevenson58Wrong! at .48% of GDP is about the same tax as your hero Geo. H. Bush signed into law…you will never get true facts listening to fox news

I’ve always used Apple products for personal use, never had a crash caused by an Apple product, but did have microsoft products crash on my computers. On the other hand, at work and in different places using “Macro-crash” systems, I’ve lost tons of data, and both software and machine failures as an accepted constant. Our office had an IT person kept constantly busy keeping Windows machines running. I had my own MAC running my graphics and other programs, never had a single problem, or virus attack!

Apple DOES “over-price” their products actually, but they’re worth it because they work!

Our over-priced medical system is in many ways the direct result of REPUBLICAN BILLS, like not negotiating drug prices for Medicare, and “Obamacare” only has flaws written in my REPUBLICANS, and does still need some work. Getting rid of all the TEAbaggers in Congress would be the first viable step toward improvement.

See my response to you elsewhere. []The long and short of it is that the Kaiser website quoted me a national average that was higher than last year’s total pay from all sources. The recession has caused my hours at work to be cut sharply, and my side jobs aren’t paying what they used to.

The legislative act that set the stage for the recession took place under Clinton, and so it’s not entirely honest to say that W was at fault for everything.[]Clinton threw the pitch, W missed hitting it, and Obama was too distracted by the folks in the stands to catch it like he was supposed to, leading to America getting hammered in the gut.

I’ve averaged one clinic visit a year for the past 5 years, all of which I’ve paid for out of pocket.[]I don’t need, nor can I afford, full-blown insurance coverage.

Thing is, I’m below the poverty level, which according to the site means I don’t qualify for a single thing.

America is the richest country in the world yet has the lowest average life expectancy in the OECD (40th). There is something rotten about that apple for sure. Maybe something rotten in the health care system like paying 80 % more than the rest of the G8 as a share of GDP and still leaving millions without insurance. Maybe that accounts for its 33rd place in the world for infant mortality.
